This work is licensed for commercial use by a single individual VTuber (indie/small-scale), such as:Livestreaming (YouTube, Twitch, Bilibili, etc.)

Promotional materials related to the VTuber's personal brandThe default price includes commercial rights for personal use only, under the following conditions:

Use in monetized streaming or content
Use on personal websites, panels, banners, etc.
Use in personal digital goods as long as it is not sold separately (e.g., part of a stream overlay pack created by the VTuber)❌ Not Permitted:
Reselling or transferring the artwork/model/license to other individuals or entities
Mass production or distribution (e.g., turning it into keychains, stickers, or merchandise for public sale)
Use as part of a shared/publicly distributed VTuber model pack or asset bundle

⨠ A valid and agreed-upon payment plan is required to officially secure the project slot.2️⃣ Transaction Fee
⨠ Transaction fees apply per milestone payment, depending on the platform used.3️⃣ Full-Scale Rigging Payment Schedule
⨠ 50% upfront payment within 7 days of receiving the quote secures the project slot.
⨠ The upfront payment includes a 10% deposit of the total quoted price.4️⃣ Refund Policy
⨠ Cancel >7 days before project start: Full refund.
⨠ Cancel <7 days before start, and production has not begun: Partial refund (deposit + platform fees non-refundable).
⨠ Once Chibi is started or full-scale head rigging is completed: No refund for payments made.
⨠ If starting date delayed is caused by the artist: Full refund.
⨠ Completed projects are non-refundable.5️⃣ Production & Revisions
⨠ Workflow: Facial parameter + toggles → Head + Hair Angle XY → Hair physics (completion of this step marks 50% milestone).
⨠ Each "for-review" video allows paint-over feedback, and client is honored with 1 free revision.
⨠ If revisions are unsatisfactory, a refund can be negotiated based on usable work percentage; usable parts will remain in the project files.
⨠ 1 WIP video per week will be provided; videos marked “for review” can be revised once for free.
⨠ Extra or complex revisions may incur fees; delayed or piecemeal feedback may extend production time.
⨠ Test models are for internal debugging & tracking only, watermarked and low-resolution, not for public use.6️⃣ Live2D Full-scale Rigging Specifics
⨠ Payment structure: 50% upfront (including deposit) + 50% final balance.
⨠ Once head and hair rigging is completed, upfront payment becomes non-refundable.
⨠ Final balance is due within 30 days after receiving the test model.7️⃣ File Delivery
⨠ Final files (.moc3 & VTS .json) are delivered only after full payment.8️⃣ CMO3 Project File
⨠ Additional 100% of the tier price is required.
⨠ Project file cannot be used for merchandise; full buyout license includes CMO3 file.9️⃣ After-sales Support
⨠ Free fixes for rigging issues such as clipping or missing parts.
⨠ Extra modifications outside the agreed scope are paid add-ons.

⨠ By default, artwork and production process may be showcased 4–8 weeks after delivery for portfolio or promotion.

⨠ Production phase (standard: 40–60 days; Chibi is faster): Multiple progress videos will be provided during the first half of the project; each “for feedback” video allows 1 free revision.
⨠ Testing phase: Once the test model is ready, final revision phase begins (30 days), and final invoice will be issued.
⨠ Revisions beyond original scope, unforeseeable changes, or extra work will be charged accordingly.
⨠ Simple revisions are at the artist’s discretion.

⨠ 若修改不满意，可协商退费，按可用工作量比例退款，能用的部分会保留在回收工程里。

⨠ 额外或复杂修改可能收费，延迟或分批反馈会延长工期。
